41% of EV Drivers Avoid Tesla Due to Politics, Global Survey Reveals

Duniya bhar ke 40% se zyada EV drivers keh rahe hai ki woh political reasons ki wajah se Tesla own karna avoid karenge. Tesla jo Elon Musk run karte hai, jo kaafi controversial billionaire hai. Unke politics ki wajah se public thoda aab Tesla purchase karna avoid kar rahi hai.

Survey ke according, half of the EV drivers- approx.

Yeh survey September or October mein conduct kiye gaye the, or result ko iss basis par weight diya gaya ki har country global EV market ka kitna share hai.

Tesla ke CEO Elon Musk, jo world ke sabse richest person hai, pehle US President Donald Trump ke almost inseparable dost jaise hi the, especially janb woh "Department of Government Efficiency" (DOGE) name ka cost cutting wala department led kar rahe the.

But after that dono ka kaafi bura fallout ho gaya, mainly Trump ke budget mein government plans ko lekar.

Musk ne recently kaafi headlines create ki hai, European far-right moments ko support karne, diversity policies ko criticize karne, or ek aisa gesture karne ke liye jise audience ne Nazi-style salute samjha.

All over the world boycott ki baatein ho rahi hai, but iska actual impact measure karna kaafi difficult hai.

Survey ke according, audience ne Tesla ko leke reservations kaafi zyada the, especially United States mein (52%), Germany mein (51%) aur Australia or New Zealand mein bhi (45%).

Norway mein, jo electric vehicles adopt karne mein world ko lead kar rahe hai, wahan 43% audience ne kaha ki wo Tesla ko avoid karenge. But India mein yeh number sirf 2% hi tha.

Global level par, 12% electric car drivers bolte hai ki woh China mein manufactured hui cars bhi purchase karna avoid karenge. But countries ke beech kaafi difference hai, jaise Lithuania mein 43% public Chinese Evs avoid karna chahte hai, par Italy or Poland mein sirf 2% drivers ko hi koi issue hai.

"Yeh basically cars ki availability ka scene hai," Global EV Alliance ki steering committee ki member Ellen Hiep ne AFP News ko bataya.

Hiep ne bataya ki Chinese models affordable hote hai, isliye developing countries mein woh most common hai, compared to high-end brands like Tesla.

Global South mein audience ke paas itne options nahi hote. Toh kabhi-kabhi woh electric car chalana bhi chahte hai or sasti, affordable car bhi. Europe or US mein humare paas choices kaafi zyada hoti hai.
