October mein India ke light vehicle wholesales kaafi strong rahe. Month on month basis par total sales 23% increase hokar approx. 5.37 lakh units ho gayi.

Ismein passenger vehicles ki sales bhi 23% jump karke around 4.59 lakh units touch kar gayi, or light commercial vehicles (6 tonne tak ke) bhi 23% grow karke around 78,000 units ho gaye.

Agar year-on-year basis bar dekhein, so overall light volumes 17% high rahe, jismein passenger vehicles 17% or LCVs approx. 16% grow hue.

PV (Private vehicle) wholesale mein jo sharp MoM jump aaya, wo mainly festive season ki strong demand or new GST rates ki wajah se tha, jisse cars ke prices slightly reduce ho gaye. In addition reatil inflation bhi last 8 years ke lowest level par aa gayi, so consumers ka confidence or zyada strong ho gaya.

October meon LV sales ne tremendous growth show ki, September ke 3.44 lakh units se jump karke 6.3 lakh units ho gaye, means 83% MoM, FADA ke according.

PV retail sales almost double ho gaye (86% MoM), or LCV sales bhi 64% MoM high chale gaye. FADA ne kaha ki Dusshera or Diwali dono same month mein hone, saath hi GST 2.0 reforms, is strong performance ke big reasons rahe. Isse cars more affordable hui or middle class ki buying power bhi improve hui.

Compact or sub 4 meter cars ka comeback clearly dikh raha hai, because tax reduction rates ki wajah se most buyers market mein aaye. Overall, October mein LV retail sales 13% YoY zyada rahe, jo strong festive mood or better pricing ko clearly show karta hai across segments.

October ke end tak India mein passenger vehicle (PV) inventory levels thode ease ho gaye or around 53-55 days par aa gaye, jo September ke approx. 60 days se low the. Ye mainly festive season ki strong retail demand or GST ki wajah se better affordability ke chalte hua. In dono cheezon se dealerships par customer enquiries increase hui or conversion rates bhi kaafi improve ho gaye.

2025 ke first 10 months mein LV sales YoY basis pe 3% increase hokar 42 lakh units ho gayi. Ismein se around 36 lakh passenger vehicles the (+3% YoY) or approx. 6 lakh light commercial vehicles the (+3% YoY).

November or coming months mein demand strong rehna expected hai, because automobiles or household items par GST cut hua hai. Isse costs reduce hogi or consumer ke paas expense karne ke liye zyada paisa bachega. And top of that festive season chal raha hai, GST reduce hone se prices bhi reduce hue hai or companies aggressive offers bhi de rahi hai, so car purchase or fast hone ke chances hai.

Hamara outlook India ke LV market ko leke thoda upgrade kiya gaya hai, because short term mein growth ka scene strong lag raha hai. Market se expect hai ki 2025 mein around 5% or 2026 mein approx. 6% ki solid growth continue rahegi. Iska reason hai strong domestic demand, supply situation ka better hona, or kaafi new products launches pipeline mein hona.

Passenger vehicle (PV) sales 2025 mein 5% YoY increase hone ka estimate hai, whereas LCV volumes mein 6% YoY growth expected hai. Long term mein bhi picture positive hi hai, 2032 tak LV (Light vehicle) sales approx. 6.8 million units tak reach kar sakti hai.
