Mercedes Benz India ne last year ke apne sales numbers announce kar diye hai, or saath hi 2026 ke liye 12 new cars launch karne ka plan bhi bataya hai. Iski starting locally assembled GLS Maybach or EQS SUV Celebration Edition se hogi.

Abhi bhi Mercedes sales charts mein top pe hai, but Mercedes or second number pe anne wali BMW ke between ka gap kaafi reduce ho gaya hai. 2025 mein ye difference sirf 1,736 units ka reh gaya, whereas 2024 mein ye 3,844 units tha.

Iska reason ye hai ki Mercedes ki sales year-on-year 2.85% down ho gayi hai, 2024 mein 19,565 units the, or 2025  mein 19,007 units. Wahi BMW India ne apni ab tak ki highest seales record ki, 17,271 units ke saath, jo 2024 ke 15,012 units ke comparison mein 15.05% growth hai.

    Mercedes India's 2025 sales figures

Last year total 19,007 units sell hui, but Mercedes ke entry level models ki sales approx 20% fall ho gayi, or sirf around 2,470 units hi contribute kar paayi (means 13%). Is decline par baat karte hue, Mercedes India ke MD or CEo Santosh Iyer ne kaha ki higher segments, jinko Core or Top End bola jata hai, zyada profitable or long term ke liye sustainable hote hai. Brand ka kehna hai ki wo 'price war' mein nahi padna chahta.

Mercedes experienced a significant increase in sales of its top end vehicles priced above Rs. 1.25 crore.

Overall sales thodi kam rahi, but Mercedes India ka kehna hai ki revenue ke according 2025 unka best year raha. E-Class abhi bhi India ki most selling luxury car hai. Core segment jisme E-Class sedan or GLE SUV jaise models aate hai, brand ki total sales ka around 62% contribute karte hai, jo clearly show karta hai ki Mercedes zyada profitable segment pe focus kar rahi hai.

Other than this, top-end cars (jo Rs 1.25 crore se above prices hai) unki sales mein 11% ka jump aaya hai, or ab ye Mercedes ki total slaes ka 25% ka part ban chuki hai. Mercedes AMG cars ki sales 34% increase hui, or total EVs mein se 20% top end segment se aaye, jo last year ke comparison mein 12%grow hua hai.

Mercedes plans to introduce 12 new cars in India in 2026

Mercedes India ne announce kiya hai ki wo iss saal India mein 12 new cars launch karne wale hai. Kuch models sirf facelift honge, kuch brand new honge jinka koi predecessor nahi hoga, or kaafi saari cars all electric or top end luxury segment ki hongi. Jaise 2026 ke upcoming Mercedes-Benz launches mein CLA EV sabse first launch hona expected hai. Year end hone se just before G-Class Cabriolet ke aane ke bhi chances hai. Other 10 launches ke baare mein at moment zyada details nahi hai.
