India mein white abhi bhi most popular car colour hai, 2025 mein around 48% market white cars ka hai, BASF Color Report 2025 ke according. But report ye bhi kehti hai ki Inida buyers ab thode zyada expressive colours ki taraf ja rahe hai. Black, blue or green jaise shades bhi kaafi aatention grab kar rahe hai.
Data ye show karta hai ki market mein abhi bhi safe or neutral colours ka hi zyada trend hai, but gradually different segment or body styles mein buyers personalisation ki taraf bhi move kar rahe hai.
Neutral colors dominate preferred choices in cars

BASF report ke according India abhi bhi kaafi colour neutral market hai. White sabse zyada popular hai (48%), uske baad grey (17%), silver (10%) or black (10%). Overall dekha jaaye so achromatic colours hi mostly new cars mein dikh rahe hai roads par.
India mein white colour kaafi popular hai because hot or dusty conditions mein isko maintain karna easy hota hai, or resale ke time bhi safe choice ho jati hai. Daylight mein white colour car ke body lines ko neatly highlight karta hai, or dust, small swirl marks ya light scratches bhi dark colours ke comparison mein kam show hote hai. Isi liye har segment mein white ek reliable or safe choice ban jaati hai.
Nowdays many carmakers "Dark Edition" ya black theme variants la rahe hai, but phir bhi black colour ka share 10% hi hai, silver ke equal, or grey se bhi peeche.

Ye bhi batata hai ki dual-tone colour combos or matte finishes kaafi popular ho rahe hai, especially city ke customers ke between jo apni ride ko thoda more unique or stylish show karna chahte hai.
